RECOVER / ALEX M.10:15 AM

THE MOMENTS YOU CAN’T PLAN FOR

Busy happens.
Silence doesn’t have to follow.

Property managers miss calls because they’re doing the job. Recover makes sure the caller doesn’t move on while you finish.

10:15 AM

You’re at a showing.

Stay with the client in front of you. The caller gets an acknowledgement and a question.

IN PERSON · STILL RESPONSIVE
12:40 PM

You’re between appointments.

The caller explains what they need by text. Your team calls back already knowing.

ON THE MOVE · A NEXT STEP
3:05 PM

Two calls. One phone.

The call you couldn’t take still has a way back in.

HIGH DEMAND · LESS LOST INTEREST

THE FIRST TEXT. WHY IT’S SHORT.

Small message.
Thoughtful details.

Acknowledge the moment. Make it easy to reply. Leave the detailed advice to your team.

YOUR BUSINESS → MISSED CALLER

Hi Alex, sorry we missed your call!

Are you looking for help managing a rental property?

Example opening message

In your business’s name, with a sending number agreed during setup.

01

Acknowledge the call.

Let the person know they reached the right business and their call was noticed.

02

Ask one useful question.

Give them a simple answer to send, rather than a long form to complete.

03

Hand off with context.

Your team calls back knowing what Alex needs, without starting from “hi, you called?”

READY TO CONNECT

Your rules
Repeat callers, opt-outs, and callers who also fill in a form.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

About
Recover.

Does Recover answer my calls?

Recover sends an SMS after an eligible missed inbound call. Your team continues to handle live calls and personal follow-up.

What if the same lead also submits a form?

During implementation, define how contacts are matched and how overlapping triggers are handled across Recover and Respond.

Can we approve the messages first?

Yes. The opening message, follow-up questions, and team handoff are reviewed before launch.

Do I have to change my phone number?

That depends on your current provider and call setup. Before launch, we confirm how your existing number connects and which number sends the texts.

What if they call back before the text arrives?

We review repeat-call handling during setup, including whether your phone system can detect an answered callback before the text is sent. Cancellation of a queued text depends on that integration.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Give missed calls a way back.
