1. The SMS demo

The SMS demo is a short, automated text conversation generated by an AI assistant. It illustrates how Lead Respark re-engages dormant leads on behalf of property management companies. The demo uses a fictional company and a fictional agent; no real property management company is involved and nothing in the demo is an offer of property management services.

The demo starts only when you text our keyword to our demo number. The demo is limited to 8 automated messages. The AI assistant is clearly identified as automated during the conversation and will confirm it is an AI if asked. Nothing said in the demo constitutes legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

2. SMS terms

By texting our keyword you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Lead Respark at the number you texted from. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is limited to the demo described above.

Reply STOP at any time to end the conversation and opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@leadrespark.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the demo or the website to send unlawful, abusive or harassing content, to attempt to extract our system configuration, to interfere with our services, or to impersonate any person or company. We may end a demo conversation or block a number at our discretion.

4. Our services

Lead Respark provides SMS lead re-engagement services to business customers under separate written agreements. These terms do not create a customer relationship. Pricing, features and availability are described in those agreements.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content and the Lead Respark name are owned by TYRHOLD SRL. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and demo are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYRHOLD SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the demo.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bacău, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
