1. Information we collect

When you use the SMS demo. When you text our keyword to our demo number, we receive your mobile phone number and the content of the messages you send. Our AI assistant generates replies, and the full conversation is stored. If you choose to provide an email address during the demo (for example to receive a sample fee sheet), we store that email address.

When you contact us or book a call. We collect the name, email address, company name and any other information you choose to give us through our booking link or by email.

When you visit the website. We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL through analytics tools.

2. How we use information

• To run the SMS demo conversation you requested.
• To follow up with you about Lead Respark if you provide an email address or book a call.
• To improve our service, including reviewing demo conversations to improve the quality of our AI assistant.
• To comply with legal obligations and carrier messaging requirements.

3. SMS messaging

The SMS demo is entirely user-initiated: we only text you after you text our keyword to our demo number. The demo is limited to 8 automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can end the demo and opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@leadrespark.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the service: our SMS carrier, our AI model provider, our email provider, our scheduling provider and our hosting and database providers. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data retention

Demo conversations and phone numbers are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you have become a customer or have asked us to keep in touch. Opt-out (STOP) records are kept for as long as necessary to honour your request.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email hello@leadrespark.com.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
